Methodology

Every number on this site comes from one of the sources below. If a figure is not in one of them, I leave the claim out rather than estimate it.

Bookmaker margin

A bookmaker's prices imply a total chance above 100%. That excess is the margin, and it is what the book keeps.

I take the inverse of every price in a market, add them, subtract one and show the result as a percentage. Nothing is estimated. Where a market is missing a price, I leave that market out instead of filling the gap.

Over/under markets are computed per line. A 2.5 goals line is its own two-outcome market and is not mixed with 1.5 or 3.5.

Match previews

Built from fixtures, recent results and live odds supplied by my data provider. Form covers the last five completed matches.

I describe what the market implies. I do not tell you what to bet, and I do not predict a scoreline.

Payout times and fees

Three sources, always named in the text where the figure appears:

Reader reports describe the share and trend of complaints, not an average time: people who are paid on schedule rarely write in, so that sample would understate the good cases.

Where I have tested nothing, the page says so.

Prediction record

Every published prediction is logged with its date and the odds at the time. Outcomes are recorded once the match finishes. The hit rate is the arithmetic on that log, losing calls included.

What I will not publish

How I am paid

I earn a commission when you open an account through a link here. Links carry no extra cost to you and the destination is the operator's own site, unchanged.

It does not buy a good review. My reviews state what each operator does badly, and an operator whose payouts slow down gets written about.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, I fix it and note the change on the page. Tell me through the contact address in the footer.
