How to load a booking code on Bet9ja, and how to book one
Bet9ja codes have 7 letters and digits. Loading one puts the same picks into your Bet9ja slip, and nothing is staked until you place the bet yourself. From Bet9ja's own pages:
How do I load a booking code on Bet9ja?
- Open Bet9ja's site or app.
- Type the code in the Booking code field and press Load.
- Check every selection and its odds: a match may be missing or already started.
- Enter your own stake and place the bet. To stake online you need to be logged in with money in your Bet9ja account.
How do I book a bet on Bet9ja?
Build the slip and press Book Bet. You do not need to be logged in.
Why are the odds different when I load a Bet9ja code?
The code keeps the selections, not the prices. Each selection takes the odds Bet9ja offers when you load it, which can be higher or lower than when the code was made.
How long does a Bet9ja booking code last?
About a day after its last match. When I followed codes from 28 October to 4 November 2026, five codes still loaded 24 hours after their last match and none did 48 hours after: Bet9ja then says every match in the code has been played. About a month on, the code is gone altogether, and Bet9ja no longer recognises it: three codes I checked daily disappeared 31 and 32 days after they were shared.
What else to know about Bet9ja codes
- A slip can hold up to 50 selections.
- Bet9ja says the odds that count are those “correct when payment is made”, not those when the code was booked.
- Booking started in the shops: build the slip without an account, then pay the cashier with the code.
- A link opens the slip straight away: sports.bet9ja.com/?bookABetCode= followed by the code.
What happens if a match in a Bet9ja code is cancelled or postponed?
A loaded code becomes an ordinary Bet9ja bet slip, so Bet9ja's usual rules apply:
- A void selection counts as odds of 1.00, and the rest of the ticket is paid.
- A postponed match still counts if it is played by midnight the following day. After that, its undecided markets are void.
Can I use another bookmaker's code on Bet9ja?
Not as it is: a code works only at the bookmaker that issued it. Our converter does not book Bet9ja codes yet; it can take a Bet9ja code to SportyBet, MSport or BetKing.

Stake and winnings limits on a Bet9ja slip
A shared code can carry many selections, and their odds multiply. What Bet9ja lets one slip stake and pay, by its own rules:
- Stake: ₦10 to ₦10 million.
- Most one bet can win: ₦130 million*.
- Most you can win in a day: ₦130 million.
- * On the top events Bet9ja lists, including the Premier League and Champions League; ₦100m on everything else.
Paid and “sure” Bet9ja codes
