Bet9ja withdrawal time, minimum and problems: what to do

How long does a Bet9ja withdrawal take?
Bet9ja's payment page says within 24 banking hours. Its terms allow up to 5 banking days.
What to do: Allow 24 banking hours, which excludes weekends and public holidays, before you query it.
Bet9ja minimum withdrawal: how much can I withdraw?
Bet9ja's payment page gives ₦1,000 to ₦100,000,000 per withdrawal, paid to a bank account.
What to do: Below ₦1,000 there is nothing to withdraw. Split anything above ₦100,000,000 into several withdrawals.
My Bet9ja withdrawal code did not arrive or has expired
Every withdrawal needs a one-time code sent by SMS or email.
What to do: Enter the code as soon as it arrives. If SMS keeps failing, choose email instead, or the other way round.
Bet9ja suspended my account when I tried to withdraw
Bet9ja pays only to the bank account on your profile, at a Nigerian bank and in your name only. If the account holder's name does not match your registration, it suspends the account until you send ID and a bank statement.
What to do: Send the ID and the bank statement Bet9ja asks for. Verify your account before your first withdrawal, so the check is done before you need the money.
I deposited by mistake. Can I withdraw it from Bet9ja?
Bet9ja's terms say deposits made after 13 January 2025 can be used only for betting and cannot be withdrawn.
What to do: Deposit only what you mean to stake, and check the amount twice before you confirm a transfer.
Before you contact support
- Use only Bet9ja's own app, site or verified social accounts. Anyone who messages you first offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee is not Bet9ja.
- Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes. A transaction reference goes to your bank or to the bookmaker's support, nobody else.
- Have ready: the amount, the date and time, the account it went to, and a screenshot of the transaction.
