MSport withdrawal limit, minimum and problems: what to do

By · · updated

Most stuck MSport withdrawals come down to a handful of rules: how long a payout may take, whose name the account is in, and how much of the balance can be withdrawn at all. Below, each problem with what MSport's own pages say about it and what to do, with the page linked so you can check it yourself.

Why can I not withdraw my whole MSport balance?

MSport: “You can only withdraw double of your total stake or total winnings on the platform.” Stakes or winnings of ₦7,000 let you withdraw up to ₦14,000.

What to do: Check your Withdrawable Balance in the app before you ask for a withdrawal.

MSport withdrawal limit: minimum and maximum

From ₦1 to ₦9,999,999 per withdrawal, with no fee. MSport publishes no daily limit.

What to do: Split anything above ₦9,999,999 into several withdrawals. A large one can go to a manual check, which takes up to 3 working days.

My MSport withdrawal says “Manually Processing”

Large amounts are checked by hand. MSport says to allow up to 3 working days, and does not publish the amount that triggers it.

What to do: Wait the 3 working days before you query it.

My MSport withdrawal is blocked or frozen

MSport can put an account on a “grey list” under risk rules it does not publish, and freeze the money until you send documents.

What to do: Upload the documents in the app under My Transactions, then Verify. Photograph your ID flat, with all four corners showing.

MSport says my withdrawal was successful, but it has not arrived

MSport pays only to the registered account holder.

What to do: First check that the account is your own. Then send customer service your bank statement and the transaction code.
