LiveScore Bet withdrawal problems: pending, failed or blocked
Most stuck LiveScore Bet withdrawals come down to a handful of rules: how long a payout may take, whose name the account is in, and how much of the balance can be withdrawn at all. Below, each problem with what LiveScore Bet's own pages say about it and what to do, with the page linked so you can check it yourself.
My LiveScore Bet withdrawal keeps reverting to my account
LiveScore Bet gives three reasons: the name on your account does not match the bank account, the withdrawal is over ₦250,000 and your account is not verified, or you have not bet your deposit, or bet it at odds below 1.10.
What to do: Withdraw to a bank account in your own name, send your ID if you are over ₦250,000, and bet the deposit at odds of 1.10 or more.
My LiveScore Bet withdrawal is pending. How long does it take?
LiveScore Bet says a withdrawal can stay Pending for up to 24 hours while it is processed, then arrives at once. Its terms say it aims to approve withdrawals within 48 hours. A withdrawal cannot be cancelled.
What to do: If it is still pending after 24 hours, contact customer care with the amount and time of the withdrawal.
LiveScore Bet asks me to verify before I withdraw
Above ₦250,000, LiveScore Bet must confirm your age and identity. It accepts a National Identity card or a voter's card and aims to check them within 48 hours.
What to do: Email the card from the address on your account to idng@livescorebet.com, before your first big withdrawal.
LiveScore Bet minimum and maximum withdrawal: how much can I withdraw?
From ₦1,000 to ₦1,000,000 per withdrawal, by Paystack, Flutterwave, Interswitch, OPay or bank transfer, all free. No daily maximum is published. With less than ₦1,000 in your balance, LiveScore Bet says to contact customer care.
What to do: Split anything above ₦1,000,000 into several withdrawals.
I won more than LiveScore Bet paid me
Payouts are capped per day and per type of bet: up to ₦50,000,000 on top European football, ₦8,000,000 on other football including the NPFL, ₦4,000,000 on Bet Builders, and ₦60,000,000 a day in all. An accumulator mixing leagues takes the lowest cap.
What to do: Check the cap for every league on your slip before you stake, not after you win.
Can I withdraw a LiveScore Bet bonus?
Only after wagering 6 times your deposit plus the bonus, at odds of 3.00 or more, within 30 days; only bets of ₦10,000 or less count. Withdrawing the deposit early cancels the bonus. Free bets and free spins cannot be withdrawn.
What to do: Work out the wagering before you opt in: on a ₦10,000 deposit it is ₦120,000 in bets.
LiveScore Bet will not pay. How do I complain?
LiveScore Bet's terms send complaints to complaintsNG@livescorebet.com. They point to a complaints procedure in the help centre that is not there, and set no deadline.
What to do: Email complaintsNG@livescorebet.com straight away with your username, the bet or withdrawal and screenshots, and keep the reply.
Before you contact support
- Use only LiveScore Bet's own app, site or verified social accounts. Anyone who messages you first offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee is not LiveScore Bet.
- Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes. A transaction reference goes to your bank or to the bookmaker's support, nobody else.
- Have ready: the amount, the date and time, the account it went to, and a screenshot of the transaction.
- LiveScore Bet's official phone numbers, email and chat: LiveScore Bet customer care.
