1xBet withdrawal problems: rejected, declined by operator or not received
Most stuck 1xBet withdrawals come down to a handful of rules: how long a payout may take, whose name the account is in, and how much of the balance can be withdrawn at all. Below, each problem with what 1xBet's own pages say about it and what to do, with the page linked so you can check it yourself.
1xBet rejected my withdrawal
Your bets must add up to at least the total of your deposits, at odds of 1.1 or more, or 1xBet can refuse the withdrawal. Money deposited and withdrawn without bets goes back to your 1xBet account.
What to do: Stake the deposits at odds of 1.1 or more, then try again.
My 1xBet withdrawal was “declined by operator” or denied
1xBet's rules let its security team turn a withdrawal down when your deposits have not been bet at odds of 1.1 or more, when the money is going to payment details that are not yours, when it thinks the account has been misused (you must then verify before you can withdraw), or when you have broken another of its rules.
What to do: Go through those in order: stake your deposits, withdraw to an account in your own name, and send your ID if 1xBet asks for it. If none of them fits, ask support for the reason in writing.
1xBet shows a payment processing error when I withdraw
1xBet's rules do not explain this message. They do say 1xBet can refuse a withdrawal through a payment system and offer a bank transfer instead, and can restrict any method you use to deposit or withdraw.
What to do: Ask 1xBet support whether your method is restricted on your account and which one you can use. Whichever it is, use details in your own name: 1xBet can refuse details that are not yours.
Why can I not withdraw to OPay on 1xBet?
You can only withdraw to the same payment details you used to deposit; with several methods, withdrawals are split in proportion.
What to do: Withdraw the way you deposited. Deposit from your own OPay, PalmPay or bank account and plan to withdraw to the same one.
1xBet is verifying my account before paying
1xBet can ask for documents at any time and hold payments until they are checked: up to 72 hours after it receives them, and up to 14 working days if it asks for a video call. Its own payment checks can block an account for up to 180 days.
What to do: Send a valid ID that matches your profile exactly, and answer fast. Fill in your profile correctly from the start.
1xBet approved my withdrawal, but the money has not arrived
1xBet's rules say withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, but give no time for the money to reach your bank or wallet after that. They let 1xBet check a payment with the payment system, and keep the account blocked while it does.
What to do: Check the account the withdrawal went to: it has to be the one you deposited from. Ask your bank or wallet with the date and amount, then ask 1xBet support for the transaction reference. If 1xBet says it paid and your bank says no, complain in writing within 10 days.
How do I check or cancel a 1xBet withdrawal request?
1xBet's rules say withdrawal requests are processed 24/7 and that your deposits and withdrawals are in the “My Account” section. They say nothing about cancelling a request.
What to do: Open the request under My Account to see its status. To stop one that is still waiting, ask 1xBet support in the live chat or by email, and keep the reply.
What is an unsettled bet on 1xBet?
A bet whose result 1xBet has not entered yet. Bets on regional championships are settled within 10 days of the result appearing on the official sites 1xBet lists. If you do not want to wait, 1xBet lets you sell the bet slip back, in full or in part, under My Account – Bet History.
What to do: Check the bet in Bet History. If you think a result is wrong, complain within 10 calendar days of the end of the event.
My 1xBet deposit failed or was rejected by the operator
1xBet can block a deposit made from someone else's wallet without warning, treat a deposit as suspicious when the sender's details do not match the account holder, and restrict any payment method on an account. It usually pays the charges a payment system takes, but can decide not to for some customers.
What to do: Deposit only from a bank account or wallet in your own name, the same name as on your 1xBet profile. If one method keeps failing, ask support whether it is restricted on your account and which one you can use.
1xBet will not pay my withdrawal. How do I complain?
Complaints go to 1xBet first, by email, within 10 days of when you knew about the problem, with your evidence attached; 1xBet has 30 days to reply. The rules send you to the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority only if you think 1xBet is breaking its licence. A payout, a blocked account or a delay is taken up with 1xBet first.
What to do: Email info-en@1xbet-team.com within the 10 days with your account number, the amount, the date and screenshots of the withdrawal. If your account is blocked, write to security-en@1xbet-team.com.
Before you contact support
- Use only 1xBet's own app, site or verified social accounts. Anyone who messages you first offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee is not 1xBet.
- Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes. A transaction reference goes to your bank or to the bookmaker's support, nobody else.
- Have ready: the amount, the date and time, the account it went to, and a screenshot of the transaction.
- 1xBet's official phone numbers, email and chat: 1xBet customer care.
