22Bet withdrawal problems: rejected, declined, limits and timing

By · · updated

Most stuck 22Bet withdrawals come down to a handful of rules: how long a payout may take, whose name the account is in, and how much of the balance can be withdrawn at all. Below, each problem with what 22Bet's own pages say about it and what to do, with the page linked so you can check it yourself.

22Bet rejected my withdrawal

Your bets must add up to at least your deposits, at odds of 1.1 or more, or 22Bet can refuse the withdrawal. Money deposited and withdrawn without bets goes back to your 22Bet account.

What to do: Stake the deposits at odds of 1.1 or more, then try again.

My 22Bet withdrawal was declined

22Bet says a declined withdrawal is usually cancelled by the payment method. You can only withdraw the way you deposited, split in proportion if you used several methods, and only to details in your own name.

What to do: Withdraw by the method you deposited with, check that your profile is complete, and ask support for the reason in writing if it happens again.

22Bet minimum and maximum withdrawal: how much can I withdraw?

22Bet publishes no minimum or maximum per withdrawal; it says they depend on the payment method. It caps withdrawals at ₦600,000 a day and 15 withdrawals a day, and can change both after verification or security checks.

What to do: Plan a large win as several days of withdrawals. Ask support for your method's limits before you deposit.

How long does a 22Bet withdrawal take?

22Bet's FAQ says an e-wallet withdrawal is approved within 15 minutes, a card withdrawal can take up to 7 business days and crypto up to 24 hours. It gives no time for bank transfers. A pending withdrawal can be cancelled through support before it is approved.

What to do: If a bank withdrawal is still pending after a day, ask live chat for its status, with the withdrawal number.

22Bet is verifying my account before paying

22Bet can ask for your ID, a screenshot of your payment account, proof of address no older than 3 months and sometimes a selfie with your ID, and can hold withdrawals until they are checked: up to 72 hours from the last document, and 5 working days after a video call. Refusing verification lets it void bets and freeze the account.

What to do: Upload the documents in the Documents tab of your account, with the same name and date of birth as your profile.

My 22Bet account is blocked

22Bet blocks an account left unused for 3 months. It can also block one during an investigation, for example into a second account or someone else's payment details.

What to do: Write to the security department at security@22bet.ng with your account number and ID.

Can I withdraw the 22Bet welcome bonus?

Only after it is wagered 5 times on accumulators of 3 or more selections at odds of 1.40 or more, within 7 days. What then moves to your main account is capped at the bonus amount, and an unfinished bonus is removed with its winnings.

What to do: Tick “I do not want any bonuses” before you deposit if you do not plan to meet the wagering.

22Bet will not pay. How do I complain?

22Bet's rules give 10 days from when you knew about the problem, with your evidence attached. They say a complaint goes in writing to its registered office, but give no address on the site and no deadline for an answer.

What to do: Email complaints@22bet.ng and support@22bet.ng within the 10 days with your account number, the bet or transaction number and screenshots, and keep every reply.
