iLOTBet withdrawal problems: pending, failed or blocked
Most stuck iLOTBet withdrawals come down to a handful of rules: how long a payout may take, whose name the account is in, and how much of the balance can be withdrawn at all. Below, each problem with what iLOTBet's own pages say about it and what to do, with the page linked so you can check it yourself.
My iLOTBet withdrawal is pending
iLOTBet says a withdrawal usually arrives within 24 hours. Pending means it is being checked by hand, which takes up to three working days.
What to do: Wait the three working days, then contact live chat or service@ilotbet.com with the amount and time of the withdrawal.
Why is my iLOTBet withdrawal limit so low?
iLOTBet ties the total you can withdraw a day to your deposits and stakes over a recent period (“Stake more to increase the withdrawal limit”), and allows at most 10 withdrawals a day. It publishes no fixed daily amount.
What to do: Withdraw a big win over several days, and bet your deposits before you withdraw.
iLOTBet minimum and maximum withdrawal: how much can I withdraw?
From ₦100 to ₦9,999,999 per withdrawal, to a bank account in your own name (its withdrawal page shows ₦10,000,000). You need a 6-digit payment password and a linked bank account first.
What to do: Plan on the lower figure, and split anything above it.
iLOTBet froze my account for review
iLOTBet can freeze an account to review it when it is used only to deposit and withdraw with no bets, when money goes to many different people's bank accounts, or after too many withdrawal requests in a day. A deposit not played through can also trigger a review.
What to do: Bet what you deposit, withdraw only to your own account, and answer any request for documents quickly.
iLOTBet asks me to verify my account
For Nigerian customers, iLOTBet says BVN is its main way to verify identity. It can also ask for documents on your age, payment method and source of funds, and can restrict or close an account it cannot verify. The bank account name must match your verified name.
What to do: Verify with the BVN in your own name, and keep your registered phone number: iLOTBet says it cannot be changed.
Can I withdraw an iLOTBet free bet?
The first-deposit free bet (10% to 100% of a deposit of ₦500 or more, up to ₦1,000) has no wagering. Winnings from a no-deposit free bet are capped at 100 times the free bet and ₦100,000 in all per customer. Registration coupons are one per bet.
What to do: Read the cap before you count on a free bet's winnings.
iLOTBet will not pay. How do I complain?
Complaints must be made within 6 months of the problem, through customer support first and then as a formal complaint to service@ilotbet.com. iLOTBet says it answers within 10 days, or 20 if it needs more time. In a dispute, its transaction log is final.
What to do: Email service@ilotbet.com with your phone number, the bet or withdrawal and screenshots, and keep the reply.
Before you contact support
- Use only iLOTBet's own app, site or verified social accounts. Anyone who messages you first offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee is not iLOTBet.
- Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes. A transaction reference goes to your bank or to the bookmaker's support, nobody else.
- Have ready: the amount, the date and time, the account it went to, and a screenshot of the transaction.
