iLOTBet review 2026: licence, withdrawal limits and the rules to read first
First, the licence. iLOTBet gives Lagos licence number LSLGA/OP/OSB/IL201022, held by Lucky9ja Lotto Limited (iLOTBet terms 1.1.1). The Lagos register shows that licence running from 20 October 2025 to 19 October 2026. On 28 October it still showed no renewal (LSLGA register).
iLOTBet was taking bets as normal on 20 October, its site still gave the same licence number on 28 October, and it has said nothing about a renewal. A renewal may simply not be on the register yet. Until it is, keep only what you are ready to wait for in your iLOTBet account.
Then the rule that surprises players: how much you can withdraw in a day depends on how much you have deposited and staked.

Before you deposit: the withdrawal rules
- Your daily withdrawal limit moves. iLOTBet says the total you can withdraw a day “is subject to the total deposits and stakes placed within a limited period of time”. Its withdrawal page puts it more simply: “Stake more to increase the withdrawal limit” (iLOTBet: how to withdraw).
- At most 10 withdrawals a day.
- Bet your deposit. If a deposit has not been played through, iLOTBet can review the account and return the money only to the account it came from (terms 1.6.1). Depositing and withdrawing with no bets, or withdrawing to many different people’s accounts, can get the account frozen for review.
- Only to your own account. The bank account name must match the verified name on your iLOTBet account (terms 1.5.4).
What to do: bet what you deposit, link one bank account in your own name, and do not expect to take out a big win in one day.

Withdrawals: limits and timing
- ₦100 to ₦9,999,999 per withdrawal, to a bank account. Its withdrawal page shows ₦10,000,000 instead; plan on the lower figure.
- Usually within 24 hours. A withdrawal marked Pending is being checked by hand, which iLOTBet says takes up to three working days.
- No fee from iLOTBet, its withdrawal page says, though the terms allow charges from payment providers.
- Set up first: a 6-digit payment password and a linked bank account. Each new bank account needs an SMS code.
Verification: BVN
For Nigerian customers, iLOTBet says BVN is its main way to verify identity, and it can also ask for documents on your age, your payment method and the source of your funds (terms 1.4.1). If it cannot verify you, it can restrict or close the account.
Your phone number cannot be changed, either through customer service or in your settings (terms 1.5.2). Keep that SIM active.
Deposits
OPay, PalmPay, Paystack and bank transfer, from ₦100 to ₦9,999,999, with no fee (iLOTBet: how to deposit). A bank transfer goes to a temporary account number that expires after 30 minutes.
Check the details before you pay through OPay or PalmPay. Four low-star reviewers say they sent money to iLOTBet by mistake from their wallet and could not get it back.
Stakes and maximum payout
- Stakes: ₦10 to ₦500,000.
- Maximum payout: plan on ₦8,000,000 per bet. iLOTBet’s terms and FAQ give ₦8,000,000 (terms 1.7.1). Its sports betting guide gives ₦15,000,000 per bet and ₦50,000,000 a day (iLOTBet: sport betting). The terms are the stricter of the two.
- Multiple Bet Bonus: from 3 selections, each at odds of 1.25 or more.
Void selections, settlement and complaints
- A void selection does not kill your accumulator. It is settled on the remaining selections, and the potential win shrinks accordingly.
- Interrupted football: if play resumes within 48 hours of kick-off, open bets are settled on the result. Otherwise undecided bets are void.
- Wrong settlements are corrected “anytime”, and money credited in error can be taken back later.
- In a dispute, iLOTBet’s transaction log is final (terms 1.8.2).
Complaints: within 6 months, to service@ilotbet.com. Go through customer support first, then raise a formal complaint. iLOTBet says it answers within 10 days, or 20 if it needs more time (terms 1.12.2).
Cash out
The minimum cash out is ₦20, and bets placed with a coupon cannot be cashed out (iLOTBet cash out rules). Ten low-star reviews say cash out was locked or unavailable during the match. Never count on it to protect a bet.
iLOTBet bonus: what you can withdraw
- First deposit: from ₦500, a free bet of 10% to 100% of the deposit, up to ₦1,000, with no wagering (iLOTBet deposit reward). The “₦100,000” in iLOTBet’s banners adds up several offers; no page shows how.
- Registration coupons: ₦470 in all, one coupon per bet.
- Free bets have a cap. Winnings from a no-deposit free bet are capped at 100 times the free bet, and at ₦100,000 in all per customer (terms 1.7.6).
Booking codes
iLOTBet loads booking codes into the bet slip without logging in, and a shared link carries the code in the address (betslip?bookingCode=…). The codes it shares are 6 letters and digits, mixing capitals and small letters, so type them exactly. Its pages do not say how to book a code yourself.
Drawbacks: what players complain about
Of the 7,640 Google Play reviews of the iLOTBet app posted from 20 April to 19 October 2026, 425 gave one or two stars. The table counts those. One review can mention several things.

Three withdrawal complaints quote the message “Withdrawal unavailable now”. Six reviewers say the app told them it serves “customers from Nigeria” only, while they were in Nigeria.
What players like
Of the 6,962 four- and five-star reviews on Google Play, 2,042 call the app easy to use and 255 praise fast payouts. Many of them are long and read alike, and three low-star reviewers say the good reviews are paid. I cannot check that, so I give the praise less weight than usual.

If betting stops being fun
iLOTBet offers self-exclusion for 24 or 48 hours, or 7, 30, 90 or 150 days (iLOTBet self-exclusion). It can be lifted early “by contacting customer service”, so it is a weak lock. There is no permanent option and no deposit limit tool on its pages.

- What iLOTBet says. Its terms, help pages, promotion pages and app listing, read on 20 October 2026. Where two of its pages disagree, this review says so and gives the stricter rule. The licence status is from the Lagos register, read again on 28 October.
