Paripesa withdrawal problems: rejected, ID check and limits
Most stuck Paripesa withdrawals come down to a handful of rules: how long a payout may take, whose name the account is in, and how much of the balance can be withdrawn at all. Below, each problem with what Paripesa's own pages say about it and what to do, with the page linked so you can check it yourself.
Paripesa rejected my withdrawal
100% of what you deposit must be bet at odds of at least 1.1, or Paripesa's security department can refuse the withdrawal. You can only withdraw the way you deposited, split in proportion if you used several methods.
What to do: Bet the deposit at odds of 1.1 or more, then withdraw by the method you deposited with.
Paripesa wants my ID before my first withdrawal
Paripesa's KYC policy says a photo ID is required to process your first withdrawal. It can also ask for proof of address and your payment details, gives you 48 hours to send them, and can close the account and keep the money if you ignore the request. The check takes up to 48 hours (72 in the terms).
What to do: Upload your ID in your account as soon as you register, and answer any document request the same day.
Paripesa minimum and maximum withdrawal: how much can I withdraw?
₦550 to ₦750,000 per withdrawal, by wallet or bank transfer, with no fees and 15 minutes given as the time. No daily limit is published. Paripesa's terms let it pay a winning bet within 60 days, in equal parts.
What to do: Split anything above ₦750,000 into several withdrawals, and expect a big win to come out over time.
My Paripesa account is blocked
Paripesa blocks an account left unused for 3 months. It can also block one while it investigates a second account or documents that do not check out.
What to do: Write to block@paripesa.com with your account number and ID.
Can I withdraw the Paripesa welcome bonus?
Only after wagering it 5 times on accumulators of 3 or more selections at odds of 1.40 or more, within 30 days of registering. Before that you can take out your own deposits only if your balance stays at least twice the bonus.
What to do: If you do not plan to meet the wagering, reject the bonus at registration.
Paripesa will not pay. How do I complain?
Paripesa's terms give 10 days from when you knew about the problem, with evidence. They say to complain to customer support first and, if that fails, to the Curaçao eGaming Authority. They publish no complaints email of Paripesa's own and no deadline for an answer.
What to do: Write to support-en@paripesa.com within the 10 days with your account number, the bet or withdrawal number and screenshots, and keep the reply.
Before you contact support
- Use only Paripesa's own app, site or verified social accounts. Anyone who messages you first offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee is not Paripesa.
- Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes. A transaction reference goes to your bank or to the bookmaker's support, nobody else.
- Have ready: the amount, the date and time, the account it went to, and a screenshot of the transaction.
- Paripesa's official phone numbers, email and chat: Paripesa customer care.
