Betwinner withdrawal problems: rejected, slow or blocked

How do I withdraw from Betwinner in Nigeria?
On 20 October 2026, Betwinner's payments page for Nigeria listed 45 withdrawal methods: 43 cryptocurrencies and the e-wallets AirTM and Bidget Pay, with no bank transfer, OPay or PalmPay. Deposits can be made by Quickteller, Visa, Mastercard or GG Bank, and the rules say you withdraw the way you deposited. Betwinner can offer a bank transfer instead of a payment system.
What to do: Before you deposit, ask support in writing which withdrawal method your account will have, and keep the answer.
Betwinner rejected my withdrawal
Your bets must add up to at least your deposits, at odds of 1.1 or more, or the security service can refuse the withdrawal. Money deposited and withdrawn without bets goes back to your Betwinner account. A misused account must be verified before it can withdraw.
What to do: Bet the deposit at odds of 1.1 or more, withdraw by the method you deposited with, and send any documents asked for.
How long does a Betwinner withdrawal take?
Betwinner processes requests 24/7, and says a withdrawal can take up to 7 business days depending on the method. A first withdrawal, a large one or new payment details can bring extra security checks.
What to do: If it takes longer than 7 business days, write to accounting@betwinner.ng with the withdrawal details.
Betwinner is verifying my account
Betwinner can ask for documents at any time and for a video call, on Skype if needed. Checks take up to 72 hours from the last document, and a video call's result comes within 5 working days. Refusing verification lets it void your bets.
What to do: Send documents that match your profile exactly, and answer quickly.
My Betwinner account is blocked
Betwinner blocks an account left unused for 3 months. It can also block one while it investigates a second account or someone else's documents.
What to do: Write to the security department at security@betwinner.ng with your account number and ID.
Betwinner will not pay. How do I complain?
Betwinner's rules give 10 days from when you knew about the problem, with your account number, the bet and your reasons. They say a written complaint goes to its registered office, but the site gives no address and no deadline for an answer.
What to do: Email complaints@betwinner.ng within the 10 days with screenshots, and keep every reply.
Before you contact support
- Use only Betwinner's own app, site or verified social accounts. Anyone who messages you first offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee is not Betwinner.
- Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes. A transaction reference goes to your bank or to the bookmaker's support, nobody else.
- Have ready: the amount, the date and time, the account it went to, and a screenshot of the transaction.
