Bangbet withdrawal problems: pending, failed or blocked
Most stuck Bangbet withdrawals come down to a handful of rules: how long a payout may take, whose name the account is in, and how much of the balance can be withdrawn at all. Below, each problem with what Bangbet's own pages say about it and what to do, with the page linked so you can check it yourself.
My Bangbet withdrawal is pending or has not arrived
Bangbet says withdrawals are almost instant, and can take a few minutes when the payment provider is slow.
What to do: If the money has not arrived within 5 minutes, contact Bangbet by live chat, WhatsApp or phone with the amount and the time of the withdrawal.
Bangbet will not let me withdraw my deposit
A deposit that has not been bet at least once cannot be withdrawn. Bangbet gives anti-money-laundering rules as the reason.
What to do: Place bets adding up to at least the deposit, then withdraw. Deposit ₦5,000 and you need ₦5,000 in bets first.
Bangbet says my BVN is linked to another account
Bangbet's pages do not explain this message. Its terms allow one active account per person, pay winnings only to players with one account, and close an account whose individuality cannot be established.
What to do: Write to support@bangbet.com.ng from the email on your account. Say whether you ever opened a second Bangbet account or let someone else use your BVN, and send the ID document it asks for. Never lend your BVN or your account to anyone.
Bangbet asks me to verify my account before I withdraw
Bangbet can ask for a government ID, proof of address no older than 3 months and proof of your payment method, and keeps withdrawals locked until it has checked them, usually in 24 to 72 hours. The name on them must match your account. If you do not send them within 4 weeks of being asked, the account can be locked and the winnings voided.
What to do: Send the documents at once, in the name you registered with.
My Bangbet withdrawal was rejected
After a rejected withdrawal, Bangbet asks for proof of the bank account in your name and a legal ID document, uploaded on its rejected withdrawal page.
What to do: Upload the bank account opening details with your name, and your ID, at least one photo of each.
Bangbet minimum and maximum withdrawal: how much can I withdraw?
From ₦100, up to 30 withdrawals a day. The terms cap withdrawals at ₦5,000,000 per customer per day and let Bangbet pay bigger wins over several days. The FAQ gives ₦9,999,999 per withdrawal and per day.
What to do: Plan on ₦5,000,000 a day, the lower of the two figures. A bigger win may come in parts.
Can I withdraw a Bangbet gift or bonus?
A gift cannot be withdrawn; only what it wins can, minus the gift's own value. A bonus must be fully wagered first. For the sports bonus that means three turnovers, all of the bonus on one ticket at total odds of 3.0 or more, within 4 days.
What to do: Read the rules of the offer before you opt in, and finish the turnovers inside the 4 days.
Bangbet will not pay. How do I complain?
Bangbet's terms say disputes go to Bangbet by email within one hour of the disputed event. Its help centre allows 30 days.
What to do: Email support@bangbet.com.ng straight away with your phone number, the ticket or transaction ID, the amount and screenshots. Do not wait for the 30 days.
Before you contact support
- Use only Bangbet's own app, site or verified social accounts. Anyone who messages you first offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee is not Bangbet.
- Never share your password, PIN or one-time codes. A transaction reference goes to your bank or to the bookmaker's support, nobody else.
- Have ready: the amount, the date and time, the account it went to, and a screenshot of the transaction.
