Also on Bangbet's page
- Bangbet says its customer care never asks for your PIN or password, never asks you to send money to any account and never sells “sure bets”. A caller who does is not Bangbet.
- Complaints about a bet go by email to support@bangbet.com.ng. Bangbet's terms ask for them within one hour of the event.
Before you contact Bangbet about a withdrawal
These are Bangbet's own rules on withdrawals. Check them before you write: when one of them applies, it is the answer support will give.
- How long it takes: Almost instant; contact support after 5 minutes.
- A deposit must be bet at least once before it can be withdrawn.
- Only with the phone number you registered, to an account in your own name.
- Withdrawals can be audited: ID and proof of address must match your name, within 4 weeks of being asked.
What people bring to Bangbet support
Each links to Bangbet's own rule on it and what to do:
- My Bangbet withdrawal is pending or has not arrived
- Bangbet will not let me withdraw my deposit
- Bangbet says my BVN is linked to another account
- Bangbet asks me to verify my account before I withdraw
- My Bangbet withdrawal was rejected
- Bangbet minimum and maximum withdrawal: how much can I withdraw?
- Can I withdraw a Bangbet gift or bonus?
- Bangbet will not pay. How do I complain?
How to tell a fake Bangbet agent
Bangbet lists two phone numbers and one email address, support@bangbet.com.ng. A number or address that is not on this page is not one Bangbet gives, whoever posts it. The other signs are the same at every bookmaker: how to spot a fake agent, and what to have ready before you call.
