Before you contact MSport about a withdrawal
These are MSport's own rules on withdrawals. Check them before you write: when one of them applies, it is the answer support will give.
- How long it takes: Usually under 2 minutes; a manual check can take up to 3 working days.
- You can only withdraw double your total stake or total winnings.
- Only to the registered account holder; a different account than you deposited from means a verification check first.
What people bring to MSport support
Each links to MSport's own rule on it and what to do:
- Why can I not withdraw my whole MSport balance?
- MSport withdrawal limit: minimum and maximum
- My MSport withdrawal says “Manually Processing”
- My MSport withdrawal is blocked or frozen
- MSport says my withdrawal was successful, but it has not arrived
How to tell a fake MSport agent
MSport lists two phone numbers and one email address, support.nigeria@msport.com. A number or address that is not on this page is not one MSport gives, whoever posts it. The other signs are the same at every bookmaker: how to spot a fake agent, and what to have ready before you call.
